04/14/16 Rollover Accident on the TSP Claverack
Columbia County 911 dispatched Churchtown Firefighters and Greenport Rescue at 2:43pm for a rollover accident on the Taconic State Parkway. The accident was in the median near Manor Rock Road in the Town of Claverack. It was reported that one subject was ejected.
A LifeNet helicopter was placed on standby and then requested to the scene. The patient was transported to Albany Medical Center.
The Columbia County Fire Coordinator Office was on the scene and the New York State Police investigated and the Columbia County Sheriff's Department assisted.
Firefighters were back in service at 4:37pm.
