Reported Accident Route 295 Canaan 02/02/19
Columbia County 911 dispatched Canaan and Red Rock Firefighters and Chatham Rescue at 10:48am for a reported auto accident with unknown injuries. The incident was located on Route 295 just east of Route 5 in the Town of Canaan.
Command reported that there was no accident or injuries. A subject was just turning around and got stuck in the snow.
Red Rock Firefighters were cancelled.
The Columbia County Sheriff's Department investigated.
Canaan Firefighters were back in service at 11:20am.
