Columbia County 911 dispatched Canaan Firefighters and Chatham Rescue at 7:39pm for a reported one car accident on Route 22 near the Canaan Truck Stop. The vehicle was located on the guardrails on Route 22 right at the westbound on ramp of the Berkshire Spur.
Chatham Rescue transported one subject to Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield Massachusetts.
New York State Police from the New Lebanon barracks investigated.
Canaan Firefighters were back in service at 8:07pm.
