Car / Tree Accident Hill Street Stockport 06/21/19
Columbia County 911 dispatched Stottville Firefighters at 1625 on Friday to a car accident on Hill Street in the Town of Stockport where a minivan had driven off the side of the road into a tree.
Cars 2 and 3 and 50-22 responded immediately upon dispatch. A female was found just outside her vehicle with potentially serious injuries and Stottville EMTs began rendering care while other firefighters secured the vehicle and scene. Greenport Rescue Squad transported the patient priority 1 to Albany Medical Center. Hill Street was closed for about 45 mins while units were on the scene.
All units were back in service at 1710.
It was the third call in as many days for the Station 50 volunteers.
