Just after 7PM Columbia County 911 dispatched the Livingston Fire District and NDP for a reported structure fire with possible entrapment at 35 Twin Drive in the Town of Livingston.

Donald Link the homeowner and life member of Livingston Pumper Company #1 died in the fire.

Livingston Command requested mutual aid from Greenport and Clermont. 

Taghkanic was then requested to fill tankers at the Livingston Station.

Claverack stoodby at the Livingston Station.

Hudson was requested to standby in their own quarters for Greenport.

Germantown was requested to standby at the Greenport Becraft Station.

Greenport Rescue was requested to the scene with their rehab unit.

One patient from the scene was transported to CMH by NDP. EMS reportedly treated a few firefighters on the scene for minor injuries.  

National Grid was requested to the scene to disconnect power to the residence.

The Columbia County Fire Coordinators Office and EMS Coordinators Office were on the scene.

Columbia County Coroner Dr. George Davis was on the scene.  

The New York State Police, Columbia County Cause & Orign Team and the New York State Office of Fire Prevention and Control are investigating.
