Columbia County 911 dispatched Ghent Firefighters at 16:06 for a reported Truck/Pole AA on Route
66 in the Town of Ghent. It was between Arnolds Mills Road(Cty 9) and Slate Hill Rd.
It was reported to ColumbiaPage
that the truck lost its front wheel, went off the road and struck the pole snapping it.
NYS Electric & Gas responded
to the scene.
Chatham Rescue was requested for one patient with minor injuries. One subject was transported to
CMH in Hudson.
The Columbia County Sheriff's Department investigated.
Ghent units were back in service
at 17:04.
